Keresés:
Development of inter-disciplinary cooperation in Hungary to support the fight against trafficking and prostitution
The project is supported by the NGO Fund of the EEA/Norwegian Financial Mechanism.
The project aims to build out a care system for victims based on interdisciplinary co-operation in Hungary to support the fight against trafficking in women and prostitution. It intends to establish co-operation between the governmental authorities for a more appropriate legal policy.

Location: European Youth Centre Budapest
The other goal of the project is to strengthen the legal enforcement skills and assertivity capacities of NGOs working in the above mentioned fields. It aims to facilitate civil co-operation to change existing laws and to work out the protocols of an integrated care system. As a result the framework of co-operation within the care system would be regulated, and the psychological, social expertise would become part of the education of the police. The situation of women victims will improve, and the number of criminal cases will decrease.

The project intends to work out recommendations for the modification of the laws on trafficking in human beings and prostitution in Hungary by analysing the relevant laws of Sweden and Norway, and by adapting them to the Hungarian laws. The project works out the protocols of a care system after investigating the interdisciplinary co-operation systems of the EU. It implements training for policemen, and organizes forums for the target groups to foster professional co-operation.
