MOBBING II.
Research on sexual discrimination at workplaces

The DAPHNE project of the EC called “Mobbing II - Raising awareness on women victims of mobbing” aims to carry out research-work on women victims of mobbing in SMEs by expanding the focus to the private and public sector. The project will concentrate on women who experienced  or are at risk of mobbing to measure and qualify impacts of mobbing on their personal, social and family life, including future career  opportunities. To reach this goal the project foresees interviews of different help-desks and institutions facing mobbing to identify the most effective ways of developing and providing services for mobbed women.

The project was prepared by the whole partnership on the basis of the preliminary results obtained in Mobbing I carried out by CRAS previously. There are still many unexplored fields the project partners want to work on, and Hungary was included to take into account the reality of women in a new EU member state, as it gives an added value to the project.

Project partners:
Centre for Research in Social Affairs - CRAS, Italy
The School of Educational Studies University of Surrey, UK
Kvinnoforum, Sweden
Universiteit Hasselt - SEIN, Belgium

Program coordinator: Emese Süvecz
