NeoPraxis - Training for Telework Consultants

1999-2000
It is a LEONARDO project in which MONA takes an equal role as a partner in the creation of a systematic and modularly constructed training course for women and men who are to be entrusted with the introduction/improvement of telework in one's own country as consultants. Our organization is the only partner in this project from the countries in transition towards democracy. Our partners are: AFPA (Association Nationale pour la Formation Professionneille des Adultes) in France as the main applicant, Technisches Büro Weidel in Austria, and Fundacion Muheres in Spain.

The aim of this transnational European pilot project is to make telework widely known in Hungary among all sectors of society. For MONA the focus of the project lies in possible opportunities given to women through this additional telework consultancy qualification, for a job situation with flexible working hours or the possibility to redesign an existing occupation. The integral approach in the training is very accommodating to the wish for further education among women because it strengthens their social competence, which above all can be utilized in the realization of telework projects, and complements knowledge deficiency where it is needed.
